  2. Oil Painting Class

    November 5, 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM @ Madison Public Library

    A comprehensive series of 10 classes on Mondays, covering method and technique, and focusing on a particular project each week. Each student will need to purchase materials for the class. See website for materials list. Art exhibition at the end of the series. The November topics will be Landscape, Self-Portrait, Free Painting, and Art Exhibit. Adult and young adult. Instructor: Russell Vossler. Registration required.

  3. Big Oaks Conservation Society: Conservation Officers - What Does Their Job Consist Of?

    November 5, 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ Madison Public Library

    Josh Thomas will speak about his role as a Conservation Law Enforcement Officer for the Indiana Department of Natural Resources. He will cover topics such as rifle laws, ginseng, and Chronic Wasting Disease and Tuberculosis in Deer. Josh enforces Indiana State Conservation laws in Jefferson County.
