Parks Board Executive Session

The City of Madison Parks Board will conduct an executive session pursuant to Indiana’s Public Meeting (Open Door) Law IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b) and the relevant subsection as follows and marked below: (9) To discuss a job performance evaluation of individual employees. This subdivision does not apply to a discussion of the salary, compensation, or benefits of employees during a budget process. This meeting is not open to the public. The Parks Board Meeting will immediately follow the executive meeting.
