    Learn what it takes to put on a play - and then do it! Learn the ins and outs of theater in this two week workshop which features a free performance on Aug. 1.   2. Knitting: Beaded Float Choker & Bracelet

    July 29, 2019, 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM @ Hanover Public Library

    Learn to knit the beaded float choker and bracelet for jewelry while improving your beading skill. Basic skill required. Materials to bring: 153 yards of 2 oz. sport weight 100% cotton yarn in your choice of color, size 2 knitting needles, 370 3mm beads, and 27 inches of 1 inch wide matching ribbon for lining.     A comprehensive series of 10 classes on Mondays begins in July, covering method and technique, and focusing on a particular project each week. Each student will need to purchase materials for the class. See website for materials list. July topics include Lines, Shapes, Contours/Still Life and More Contour Drawing. Sponsored by the Indiana Arts Commission and Jefferson County Public Library.
