Pickleball
Madison Parks and Recreation offers Pickleball!
Pickleball is a fast-growing racquet sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. Played on a badminton-sized court with a tennis-like net, players use paddles to hit a perforated plastic ball. The game can be played in singles or doubles, with the goal of scoring by landing the ball in the opponent's court while following rules for serving, volleying, and the "kitchen" (a non-volley zone). It's easy to learn and suitable for all ages and skill levels.
