Fire Department
The Madison Fire Department is one of the largest volunteer fire departments in Indiana. It is comprised of six independent fire companies, all operating as parties under one contract with the city.
Our Mission
The Madison Fire Department is committed to providing the highest level of public safety to the citizens of Madison and Jefferson County. We protect lives and property through suppression, rescue services, fire prevention and public education.
