Summer Reading Program

Celebrating Summer Reading Together!

Whether you are a bookworm, a learning student, or are just trying to start better habits this summer, we invite you to join us for a fun summer reading challenge in partnership with the Jefferson County Public Library! 

The mayor will be at the Touch-A-Truck event on Tuesday, June 6 for a kick-off of the program. When you or your child reach various benchmarks in the challenge, you will be eligible to redeem various levels of prizes as you make progress. 

We invite all ages to join us and enjoy some fun reading this summer! The reading program runs from Thursday, June 1, 2023, through Thursday, July 20, 2023.

Program Details:

The program will blast-off at the Madison Jefferson County Public Library's Touch-A-Truck event on Tuesday, June 6, from 10 AM - Noon.
