Staff Directory - Details

I was born and raised in the Muncie, IN area where I attended Ball State University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources in 1998.  It was the summer of 1998 when I moved to Madison, IN to begin my Human Resources career at Indiana-Kentucky Electric Corporation.  While there, I completed my MBA with Ball State University in 2006 and progressed in my career to a Field Human Resources Manager.  

In June of 2012, I accepted a Director of Human Resources position with Grote Industries of which I still currently am employed.  

During my years in Madison, I have served on non-profit boards such as the United Way, Girl's Inc, Jefferson County Community Foundation, and the Madison Area Chamber of Commerce.  I have had the pleasure to serve the City of Madison through time on the Historic District Board of Review and Planning Commission.  It was also my pleasure to coach cross country and track and field at Madison Consolidated High School.  

I currently reside in downtown Madison with my lovely wife, Rielly.  We have three wonderful girls named Clare, Isabel and Avery.
